Volunteers at Fair

So There was a Peace Corps booth at the People's Fair. I went to talk to them, they looked bored! I figured I could entertain them. We talked for about 3 minutes, and I walked away fairly depressed. They told me that I probably wont recieve my invitation until December. I am not so sure that is going to go over well in the Andrea world. I kind of need to know where I am going so I can be excited and learning everything there is to know about that country, start taking language classes, etc. I also want to know so it is a solid plan. Right now everything seems so distant! It is not for a long time, and I don't know where I am going. I know that should be part of the excitement, and the "flexibility" of volunteering for an agency such as this, but DANG! I really want to know what's up! I am hoping and praying that I will know sooner than December. If the Peace Corps was denominational I would have everyone pray to whatever diety is responsible for my timely placement in the program. In the meantime I continue to wait, and hope for the best best best!
